If you are taking a mortgage, the mortgage lender will be relying on us to carry out certain searches to protect their interests. If this is a cash purchase these searches will be carried out to protect your interests unless you give us specific instructions not to. We will discuss the search options and packages with you at the time for you be able to decide which searches are most relevant to the property you are buying.
