I specialise in commercial property, share purchase agreements, land development and a range of business matters

I handle a range of work including sales and purchases, as well as negotiating new leases for commercial properties like restaurants, pubs and shops.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to connect with clients and building lasting relationships, as we work together.
Can you share a success story which led to a favourable outcome for a client?
One memorable success story involves a client in the Hospitality industry whose business expanded significantly over 5-6 years under my guidance. Today, they own multiple shops across two counties, and I take pride in playing a part in their impressive growth journey.
