What is your specialism?
I deal with residential conveyancing matters with a particular focus on lease extensions.
What qualifications and experience do you have?
I have been working in residential property since 2012 having graduated with a 2:1 in Law from Exeter University and I qualified as a legal executive in 2019.
What type of work do you do on a day-to-day basis?
What is your favourite type of work?
I specialise in lease extensions and collective enfranchisement matters.
Why do you enjoy your work?
Buying and selling your home can be a very stressful process and I aim to ensure that clients are kept informed throughout the process and have someone available on the end of the phone who can address any queries that they may have about their transaction. It is particularly satisfying to help people purchase their first home.
