What legal advice can we help with?

Pre Issue

Proceeding through the Courts should be used as the last resort and pre issue correspondence should always be entered into.

We know that our early intervention substantially increases the chances of early and complete recovery by bridging any communication gap between you and your debtors, and preserving your relationship with good customers by pursuing the debt firmly but tactfully.

We shall send a pre-issue letter (demand) to your debtor giving them 7 days to pay and giving them notice that failure to do so will resort in Court Proceedings being issued against them whereupon in addition to the principal debt sum, interest, late payment compensation (if appropriate) and our legal costs will be claimed.

Often payment is made on receipt of the pre-issue letter or a re-payment plan is entered into.  We will not enter into any re-payment plan without your consent; you remain in control.
