What legal advice can we help with?

Declarations of Trust

In simple terms, a Declaration of Trust is a written Deed setting out the basis on which a property is owned, either jointly or in someone’s sole name for the benefit of themselves and others.  The need for a Declaration of Trust can arise in many different situations. We are able to provide you with the advice and guidance that you may need regarding the ownership of your property and whether a Declaration of Trust is necessary to protect interested parties.

A Declaration of Trust can be drawn up at any time and not just at the time when you purchase your property. Should we feel that a Declaration of Trust would be beneficial we will advise you at the time and prepare the necessary deed for you to suit your individual needs and protect your interest.
