Proving your claim

When making a claim it is for you to prove that the monies are owed, signed terms and conditions of business are key evidence along with an invoice. If a contract is for the provision of goods a signed delivery note is also key.

All correspondence with the debtor that relates to the debt will need to be produced during the court process and so should be kept.
